There are three things a romance writer can count on – taxes, happily everafters (opted not to lead with the whole death thing) and chapter renewals. That’s right, it’s renewal time for RWA-CR.
As many of you have noticed, many chapter practices have switched over to myRWA and RWA-CR is also migrating over to myRWA. We’ve only set up our dues process over at myRWA in December so for this year you will not receive a renewal notice from RWA.
If you joined or renewed between January 1 and July 31, 2013 it is time for you to renew. If you joined or renewed on August 1, 2013 or later, you should have received an email from Kimberly Farris stating your renewal date.
This link https://contemporaryromance.org/join/ will take you to the Join page on our chapter website. Select the renewal link and you will be taken to myRWA where you can renew.
Many of you have already renewed. Thank you!!! For those who haven’t, please take a few moments to process your renewal.
2014 is going to be a great year for RWA-CR. I am looking forward to serving our chapter this year and I want to take this opportunity to thank our Past President Kimberly Farris for providing me the foundation to succeed as Secretary of this chapter.
