President’s Letter

Dear CRW Members,

It’s hard to believe Summer is winding down. School starts soon and for most of us, we get back into a routine. I know I’ll be happy when we have set times for things again.

I also want to thank everyone who came to the Virtual Writing Conference. I hope you had a blast, learned from our speakers, and made new connections and friends. Those of you who were registered should have gotten an email with links to replays, handouts, and the survey. Those that registered for the Masterclass, you’ll be getting another email with the handout from Kilby Blades.

Also, check out the Winners of the Stiletto Contest! Congrats! If you won, I’m working on getting the awards ordered so I can send them out to you.

We’re also working out a date for the next CRW Town Hall/Mixer. We had so much fun at the last one, and want to keep it going. The Mentorship Program sign ups will be opening on September 1st. I’ll include all of the information in the next email. If you are a newer author and want some direction, sign up! If you’ve been an author for a while, sign up. This is a great way to give back to your writing community!

I hope you’re enjoying the last days of summer and staying cool.
